Note to Parents:

PARKING:

Please park at the Bolsa Chica Conservancy parking lot, directly across Warner Avenue from the Fire Station. There is a traffic light there so crossing Warner will be safe for your students. Students may be dropped off at the Yacht Club but parking there is limited and we have bus loads of people arriving starting about 5:00 to take the Cruise.

CRUISE OF LIGHTS TICKETS AVAILABLE:

Parents bringing their child to perform may want to take the Cruise of Lights while waiting for the performance to end. They may purchase tickets by calling the Huntington Harbour Philharmonic Office at 714-840-7542. They can also go to our website www.cruiseoflights.org and order tickets online. We will also make sure there are tickets available at the Yacht Club should they decide to go once they are at the performance. Tickets are $17 for adults and $10 for children 2 – 12. Thursday, December 20 is our Value Night and Adult tickets are $15 for that night only and $10 for children. This is a wonderful family outing.

 Performance Checklist

·         Instrument (extra reeds/mouthpiece/drum sticks/valve oil/etc.)

·         Uniform (Parade Polo/Blue Jeans/tennis shoes)

·         Holiday hats – we will bring several Santa hats, but if you have something festive…feel free to wear it!

·         Jacket – it may be a little chilly!
