** 2009-2010 FVRR INSTRUCTIONAL STAFF

We choose to have a first class program that competes against the best groups in the country. We also choose to have the instrumental groups perform works by the world's greatest composers and original music from the most talented marching band composers is the USA. That takes the collaborative effort of many talented minds. We have the choice to be good, very good, or to excel. We choose to excel !

Dear FV Royal Regiment (HS Band) Supporter,

As many of you know, we have been earning much needed funding through the Albertsons Community Partners Program.  Because every time you shop at Albertsons and scan your linked Preferred Savings Card, we earn up to 4% of your shopping dollars!

We need your help to continue earning these funds!

Even if you have linked your Preferred Savings Card to our organization in the past, you need to re-link your card number in order for us to continue earning funds.  Link (or re-link) your Albertsons Preferred Savings card to FVRR  now at:

www.albertsonscp.com

All you need is your Preferred Savings Card Number (look on your most recent store receipt, or on your card) and FVRR Organization ID (49001015803).  It will only take a few minutes and will help us greatly.  If you do not know your Preferred Savings Card Number, please call: (877) 932-7948.

FVHS Royal Regiment Organization ID is 49001015803

You must re-link your card at the website above by February 28, 2009 in order to keep earning funds for FVRR

Please pass this notice around to your friends, relatives, co-workers, and neighbors so they can link or re-link their cards for us as well.

 Thank you for your support!

Important News from Albertsons Community Partners

It's Time for Your Supporters to Relink Their Cards
to Your Organization!

FVRR ID (49001015803)

The Community Partners program has been in existence for over ten years. During that time hundreds of thousands of shoppers have registered their cards; many of those cards have been lost or shoppers have moved away.

In order for the program to more accurately and fairly represent the efforts of active groups we are requiring supporters of all groups to relink their cards in 2009, per terms of participating in the program.

If you have not already done so, we encourage you to ask your supporters to relink their cards at http://www.albertsonscp.com

The process only takes three simple steps; 1) log on to the site, 2) enter the Preferred Card number, 3) enter the group’s Community Partners ID#.

Shoppers can not relink the card at the checkout lane. They must go to www.albertsonscp.com, call 1-800-696-6419, or send a letter requesting the relink (Community Partners Headquarters PO Box 193 Bethel Park, PA 15102-0193).

After March 1st you can resume using the Albertsons.com site to register your preferred card.

To help you communicate the details of the relinking requirement, you can download sample instructions for your supporters from the website http://www.albertsonscp.com

Cards MUST be relinked at this site by February 28th in order for your supporters’ contributions to continue after March 1, 2009.

If you have any questions or need assistance with your fundraising efforts please contact us toll-free at 1-800-696-6419, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, EST.

We wish you much success in your fundraising efforts!
